Sonic Drive-in

Have been here (this particular location) twice now, first time was slow but food was decent. This time, my partner and I drove around to all the drive-in parking spots trying to find one that worked. When we finally found one, we took a few minutes to look at the menu and pressed the button to order as directed, but instead an associate told us "I'm sorry, we're only doing orders via drive thru today". After we'd been there for at least 10 minutes! There was NO signage suggesting that the park spots were not being serviced today. If they had simply put signs out we could have been through the entire drive through by the time we finally got in line. Service was then incredibly slow, from moving through the line to actually picking up our food. Ridiculous. They must be incredibly understaffed. I don't hold anything against the associate workers, but god upper management needs to do a better job. Jesus. The order *was* filled correctly, at the very least.

DO NOT USE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Better yet just go to a different one all together if you value your money. My card was charged 13 times after ONE visit/order at their DRIVE THRU. Well I called Ryan told me it had nothing to do with Sonic. When I asked for a manager I was told he was the best i was going to get. After asking for corporate’s number he told me to have fun and hung up! Ryan please do yourself a favor and find a job where you do not have to deal with people…customer service isn’t for everyone.

This Sonic took me back to home Texas. The crew was great and the food was Fantastic. I just wish Fort Wayne IN had the good sense to bring a Sonic here . I miss Sonic and it was so good I will make the trip back to Toledo just for the Sonic. I guarantee if you love great slushes and REAL footling hotdogs you will NOT find any better than this Sonic. That's a guarantee. Go try it you will not be disappointed.

Ordered my food online for a 6pm pick up. Wasn't even near ready.Got my order at 6:30,waited another 10 minutes for the shake they forgot.Might have been halfway decent if the food had been hot and fresh but instead it was luke warm and soggy. I get it covid,short staffed but this was beyond late and just not worth it.My first time at Sonic is likely my last time.
