Chuck E. Cheese

Great time here, came with family from small town. I really like that they have something for all ages, (my kids we're from 2 to 14 yr). I love that it's separated as in younger kids have one side older, kids have the other side. Was clean, workers was sanitizing games upon arrival, food was good! Keep up the great work owner's and staff.

Wow they did a major face lift since I was there last. Pizza was great. The service was ok more specifically the girl that does the prizes I definitely was not impressed with attitude. The manager was so so very nice. The place seemed to be clean but I would have liked to have seen more sanitizer. Salad bar was ok. I didn't go back for 2nds because the options just wasn't there. I was upset about that. Oh and a heads up the prices have also changed since I was there last as well. You might want to check that out as well.

It started out to be fun my son really enjoyed himself I paid a lot of money and he was excited to see Chuck E and ran up and gave him a hug... he mushed my son I was very upset but didn't want to upset my brother who I was with because it would've turned bad quickly but he didn't hurt my son and I was ready to go after that but the kids were still ready to play after that the staff became unhelpful with the kids trying to get there prizes 2 were on there phones at the counter I was standing at waiting and didn't even see what I needed finally a lady came from the back and seen us and seen them and I would assume became annoyed they didn't help which in cause we got a nasty attitude from her. I will not be back not after that. It's really sad that it's an establishment for kids and they were not KID FRIENDLY 🤬

There is a lot to do and the service was great! However I had booked a birthday party there and we were really disappointed in the lack of a birthday show. I guess they stopped doing them (but there's no warning of this on the website). Instead of animatronics, there's a giant TV near the birthday tables with low-ish volume and the kids just tune it out (which is fine bc they came there to play anyway). No appearance of Chuck E Cheese, no special moment really created at all for the "birthday star" besides just the ticket blaster.... we had been to the other toledo location 4 months prior and decided to book a party based on how much my LO loooovvvved the birthday show, so I'm not sure if it's just this location doesn't do them or what exactly but it's definitely worth looking into if you're planning a party for the same reasons I was
