Love the place great sub's. But here lately they have been the worst subs I ever had, I ordered a steak an cheese with pepper rings on it an got home an opened it up an cheese an pepper rings was just on one side. Called them up an told them about it an they wanted me to drive all the way back just sad they only care about getting a paycheck

No problems with the food at all. Very good. But I don’t know if it’s the manager or just an older employee, it seemed like she was the manager. But she was one of the rudest people I’ve ever seen run a restaurant. Can’t keep the mask above her mouth, every time someone asked her a question she just gave them attitude. Poor guy had his order messed up multiple times and she was incredibly rude the whole time. I felt bad. Looked miserable working there and it’s clearly falling onto the other kids working there. Just a pretty uncomfortable experience.

This is really a 3.5 star review. First the pros: fresh and tasty ingredients, extremely polite and courteous staff, and very clean. My only gripe is that they skimp horribly on the veggies but are heavy on the sauce. I have to ask for double everything just to get the normal amount I get anywhere else. They also seem to skimp on the soup as well. Lastly they are a bit slow on making the sandwiches. Its not that they don't know what they are doing, it's almost the opposite; they are meticulous with how they put the ingredients on the sandwich, almost as if they were purposefully told to be exact in how they make the food and to use as minimal ingredients as possible. Again, really good food, they just need to put more of it on the bread!
