Hoteli me sherbimin me skandaloz qe mund te egzistoje,te cilin nuk e gjen as ne ndonje fshat te humbur e jo me ne Bllok... Pas shume ankesave te afersisht 20 pacienteve italiane ne rang kohor 2 muaj qe kemi cuar per akomodim,dhe njoftimeve te here pas hereshme nga ne per sherbimin skandaloz,stafin totalisht te pakualifikuar e qe nuk kuptojne as fjale elementare ne italisht si lemone e cornetto,dhomat nuk pastroheshin kurre,tualet e papastruar dhe koshat te pa boshatisur,tv nuk punonin...dhe nje menaxhere totalisht te paafte qe kerkon falje si femije dhe pas 5 min nuk ndryshon asgje! Nga ato lloj biznesesh qe kane qejf vete te falimentojne! Totalisht te papergjegjeshem dhe te paedukate me klientet... Tani klientet qe sonte do i akomodojme rregullisht ne nje hotel po ne Bllok,ku me diferencen 5 euro ne cmim ka nje super sherbim! The worst hotel that can ever be! We sent 20 clients for 2 months and their experience was horribile... The staff, the terrible managment of the girl ,the hygene, the good manners have nothing to do with them! We will send all our clients to another hotel very close to Divina,that in only 5 euros difference of the price you get fantastic servis! Very bad experience with Divina!!

Not a 4 star hotel (on Booking is presented as a 4 star hotel but.. I can say that the facilities are 3 stars and the services 1 star) The facilities are ok but the services are not good at all. The personal on the reception tries to help but the lady who manage the hotel doesn't let them to do it(worst hotel manager I've ever seen). Even if they made a discount of 6 euro because the elevator was not working they done it only after I've became angry(only after asking about the elevator and receiving this answer :"it is not a problem that the elevator is not working... The hotel has only 2 floors... What is your problem?") Breakfast is very poor. No coffee, no water, no tee... and alo they do not respect the hours for breakfast Even if the room is ok about the services I can say that are the worst services I have ever seen in a 3 or 4 star hotel.

(Origjinali) Might be a bit pricey when compered to others but it is still one of the best places to get a brownie with ice cream and a good drink. I love the browne they have, its so good full of chocolate. Just go during the day tho at night is snobby and kinda empty.
