7-eleven

I would just like to say I have never had a bad experience with any 7-Eleven stores or their employees my only problem is when I go in lately seems like the slurpee machine my favorite kind would be a Cherry Coke slurpee no matter what time I go in one of those seems to be down Might I say... I've worked over 20 years in convenience stores and gas stations... dealing with the public is not an easy task so please people give the cashiers a break they have bad days too

New evening employee, white, male, 50ish, is volatile. After a small, unhappy exchange, he cursed me out, then ran around counter and to the door to swear some more and act aggressively. Maybe he was upset because when I walked in he was sitting down, chatting on the phone and was unhappy he had to work. He is a loose cannon that should not be working around the public.

the black hair older lady (and i use that term loosly) is the worst employee i have ever seen . she is unwilling to do her job. once we went in to pay our rent with cash with a payslip that 7-11 has with our property managment. she said she will not do that and if we want money orders then we need to go some place else because their money orders are not able to put that much on there and would havevto multiple mo. she said she will not do that. its to much work. well isnt that what you are getting paid to do. serve customers. we have been there a couple more times since then and well lets just say that if you dont use a credit or debit card she does not want to wait on you. so now if we need to stop at this store on our way home and we she that person. we drive to another store. we have complained about her and i quess management would rather loose money and customers than one rude and disgrunral employee

Judge I gave it a 5 star rating because, 1 they remodeled it, 2 GREAT SERVICE, 3 ALL employees are very kind and one of the employees there (he is a man) he is very kind and every time I come he is the kindest person i know, And 4 because i love there slurpees when it is hot! P.s. i am a kid so please dont judge me how i review things
