*(see disclaimer) Overpriced, but was treated as well if not better than could be expected bye the employee whom I had the pleasure of dealing with the two or three times I shopped here. That being said when I returned recently to see about the store's return policy due to the Vape I bought leaking like a sieve, I was able to catch the manager himself and was informed that I was burnt (although he did say that he preferred not to use that word, burnt.") He informed me that if I had dealt with him in the first place he would have told me that they were overpriced and that I should go to a "real" vape shop to purchase anything to do with vaporizers. He then told me that I should have known this essentially and it was on me for making the mistake even though I spent probably $1,000 at his store over a week period( and I have the original receipt, so we did not even make it that far in the conversation.) I will never shop here again personally, the manager was not helpful and apparently has never heard of customer service or of its merits when, I don't know, you're running a business? To the employee whom I dealt with from the gate oh, you are an excellent employee, I understand why you had to do things the way you did and I'm grateful or you even trying to help me given the circumstances.[ what I'm speaking on is the fact that the second Vape I bought for over $100 within a week period didn't come with batteries and had nothing saying so on the box so I had to make another trip back to the store just to get some. The gentleman who helped me was very cordial and tried to do what he could but unfortunately his hands were tied and I had to purchase the batteries.] *Disclaimer: As I dictate this I will admit I am sorely disappointed and frustrated but I'm trying not to let my personal bias color this review. I strive to be completely upfront and factual and I assure you though I may have paraphrased what the manager said that is the very gist of it as close as it can get. Seriously please if you are one who values customer service and the idea that we should not have to purchase a product without any form of warranty or guarantee as to its quality, especially when paying a ridiculous price for it, do not shop here. I hope this helps, honestly.
