Tim Hortons

The worker with colourful hair was so patient and kind today, I ended up being short and couldn't get ahold of my partner, and she ended up covering my iced coffee! I was going to cancel it but felt bad so I was trying to get ahold of said partner, with three impatient toddlers and just as I was taking them outside to wait for their fathers call but I was told that the worker was covering it and that I could take it, I am extremely grateful and appreciate the gesture! I will make sure to pay it forward when I get the chance to next! Thank you so so much, and also the experience I've had everytime since I discovered this Tim's has been amazing! Thank you for being great and having amazing people skills!!

I got an ice capp from here and I thought it tasted off, at first thinking they had accidentally added espresso or simillar. I did think it tasted almost like alcohol, but I rarely ever drink so I wasn’t sure. After having some family taste it as well, I was informed it tasted just like Baileys. I don’t know if it was the non alcoholic Baileys creamer or actual Baileys, but I feel sick. I was there October 8th around 12-1pm, please talk to your staff about this

This is by far the best Tim Hortons I have ever gone to the staff are always fast. They have never messed up my order unlike every other tim Hortons I have gone to. I would love to see them get a big raise because they sure deserve it so ladies and gentlemen please oh please tip these fine folks they deserve it.
