I am disappointed in humanity, The customers that show up here are horrible! I have been here a great many times and I can't believe how these people are treated. Each time I enter this store some adult is acting like a child. The employees here are amazing to be putting up with your garbage. I've heard people say things I will not repeat! Thank You Tim's for making me coffee to keep me awake!

The attitude from the staff here are outrageous. I place my order and the guy listing just says what? What? And I'm speaking loud. Then I get up and have to argue about my drink and it not being made right. I said to the guy if you make another one the exact way I said. And I'm wrong on the looks I'll buy both. As they were telling me they made my drink with extra cream telling me I'M THE ONE who's wrong. (MEd ice cap made with extra cream) I know what it looks like. So when it comes.. I put the two beside and I said looks like I was right. Guy says to me... Whatever take your drink and leave. Yeah I won't step back on the property. This is also one of the worst locations to try and steal your change. My drink is $3.14 and I'll give 3.25 they'll hand me my drink and say bye....no..thats not how this goes. I buy one drink daily that would be $36.50 for the year of loss to staff who make min wage. Waitresses make less than min wage for a reason. Please stop trying to steal my money. I shouldn't have to ask for it back.

Just got ripped off. I ordered a large coffee. Got to the counter and paid with gift card. She took the card to pay and told me I was missing $2.00. I had $13.00 on the card. I told her that I only ordered a large coffee. After 5 minutes I received my coffee and the lady said I only have 2 cents left on the card. I always go to another Tim. This one really sucks. The staff don't care. My girlfriend went to order the steak and egg on a biscuit. Got the biscuit and the egg. No steak cheese or sauce. Takes for ever to get one coffee and when you get to the window staff talk among themselves and make you wait. I left after waiting a minute. I could see my coffee on the counter while they were all laughing. To bad the owner doesn't look at the shared experience people write. Things might have changed. I still will drive across town for another Tim, even if I live 3 minutes away from this one

Busy location needs to adjust products to align with customer needs. This was the 6th time parking and walking in as the drive thru has always had between 15 to 20 vehicles. Not once have they had had the 1st, 2nd or 3rd choices of donuts we wanted to pick up as a dozen, so ended up leaving with nothing, every time, with nothing but a tea. I'd suggest the management do a better job in product allocation considering the multiple times we've tried to purchase over a wide period of times. No selection. Regardless of time of day.
