I go to this coffee shop almost every morning. Each day that I'm working this is my first stop. The amazing worker's here first thing in the morning are awesome. Being a regular they know your order just by voice depending on who working the window lol they always are friendly and not to overly excited first thing in the morning. They do make your day with a special smiley face or ect. Just like any job out there, there are going to be new worker's getting trained and will possibly mess up the order. That's to be expected. Let them know and they will happily fix it for you. BY FAR THE BEST TIM HORTON'S IN THUNDER BAY!

We ordered the 2 med ice cappuccino for $4 special. I paid 30 cents extra for a caramel flavour shot. They were delicious.

Tables said CLEAN but, they were dirty, benches were dirty and clear plexiglass between each divided area were filthy with fingerprints. We went back for coffee the same day 4 hrs later table and plexiglass were still not cleaned. Gross! Especially with covid. 🤮

This morning, I didn't get my chocolate chip muffins and I still paid for it....
Terrible place, it might be fast sometimes but it is by far the unreliable.

Normally I find this locating to be very slow but I wanted to point out they were doing very well today and the girl was very friendly even to the nasty costumer who came in and maybe had to wait a total of 1 min for the girl to finish our coffees and take her order.

This Timmy's is closest to my house, so I end up there a lot. Yesterday, I made a complaint through the App about an item that was not available and the reason I was given for it being unavailable. I got a call from a manager today and she explained what had happened. I was impressed that she took the time to call me and explain. I have NEVER had an issue at this location before and now know that their customer service is great!
