I don't go to this branch much but never had a problem ( I usually order milkshake or the burgers in this place )

Im giving 3 for a reason , waiting is a bit long , the coffee we got is not stirred , the tables are not clean , and not at least one of them is wiped, the tray they used to serve our food is used before us and not washed or wiped at least so we can still see nasty leftover on it , i am expecting that they will be more careful to make sure that this things are done good at least. Also expecting that they will be more faster to multitask and make sure all the mentioned areas and things are maintained . I had visited other locations and they are well maintained ..maybe its just a morning rush and unfortunate for me ..

Best McDonald’s. Could get a hot fudge Sunday after midnight. Used the WiFi all night after our hotel was over booked and the cheapest hotel was $250/night.
Chicken sandwich was also good

This McDonald’s saved our lives. Free Wi-Fi all night after having our hotel room overbooked. Stayed in the parking lot. Friendly staff. Was able to get a hot fudge sundae late at night too. The girl working drive thru was nice to our cat. Good times. Thanks for being the only positive thing in Thunder Bay peeps. Stay golden.

Worst service I have ever experienced at any McDonald’s’s in the world. Waited 15 mins in the wait area. Finally went in to find out what happen and they had totally forgotten about us. Then waited another 15 mins while they tried off and on to fill the order. Still messed up the order! Sad state for an franchise you had expected more from!

It's probably been about 2 years since I've actually got my food at the window, so much for fast food. Service today was particularly rude, the girl taking the order cut us off and told us to drive up before we were even done ordering.

Avoid this place if you can go to a different McDonald's, horrible costumer service, rude and always cut you off when you're talking, constantly get the wrong order from the window and half the time the coffee has been sitting around for hours and they still serve it.
