I really enjoy having the app which getting discounts n the ease of ordering is an awesome new thing for me. My kind of stuff! Easy....no Brainers.....cuz I'm usually stressed 24/7 anyway being a delivery driver. Food is hot n fresh.....getting help outside the app is a challenge for walk ins. I don't recommend.

I went at 1:40 pm. The day shift workers are definitely on top of things. I ordered a carmel frappe but got mocha instead but other than that they made the food exactly how i asked which is rare for mcdonalds. On another plus, they were very kind and had very good customer service!

Was at Sturgis McDonald's last night around 11 p.m. The food was fresh, hot, and very delicious 😋!! Keep up the great work it's very appreciated when the food is good and the service is too!

This review is based on my last 15+ visits to all the drive throughs in Hastings. McDonald's is literally the only place that has gotten my order correct and puts more than half a fry container of fries in your bag.

Went to the drive thru, just got a couple of sandwiches and a drink. Service was good. Hardly had to wait, had food ready when got to the window.

I am giving this particular McDonald's a 5 star review not because of the food but particularly because of 1 employee. Her name is Keitha she works in the mornings typically. I doordash here in our area and never once have I seen her treat someone poorly or unfairly even when she was being treated poorly.
Mcdonald's is lucky to have her working here. She resembles exactly the person I would want working for me and she deserves to be recognized for her great attitude and job performance.

Went through the drive thru to get my son a happy meal today and wanted to give credit to Troy working the pick up window. He was super polite, cheerful and on top of making sure we had everything in our order. His kindness really made my morning 💜 I hope to see Troy again the next time we come through the drive thru! Thank you Troy for your hard work and kindness. You put a big smile on my face today! 💝
