Sonic Drive-in

On Sunday November 7th, we placed an order through the drive-thru for three kids meals and a garlic butter bacon burger combo. When we got to the window, the cashier was being super rude. We asked for ranch and straws and she refused to give them to us. She was in the restaurant alone at the time. We showed her how the fries were almost empty and that it was unacceptable and she said “that’s how they come”. We stayed on the drive through asking her to give us our refund and keep the food and she said she was having the cops remove us. We asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. We threw the food away in the same drive through because we didn’t get what we paid for and we showed the police officer that we threw it away. A case was opened for this incident two weeks ago through their corporate office and I have not received a call back. It all makes sense of why the managers are as nasty as they are to the customers because management doesn’t care about the customers and what the employees are doing. I’ve been asking them for a refund because of the incident and the dog being thrown away and I’m yet to hear from them. I have a video of the terrible experience and I cannot upload it. :(

Same as all the other bad reviews. Wrong order almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. All I ever order is drinks. All of the other bad reviews that got refunded or order replaced were lucky. The "manager" refused to refund or replace my drink that wasn't available because I ordered it on the app. I still got charged for something I didn't get. And I always wait 5-20 min even though I ordered it through the app ahead of time. I watch multiple people go through the drive through and leave before I get my order. Today I ordered a lemonade with extra lemon...I got a lemonade with extra lime. The lemonade doesn't even come with lime. They can't even keep employee's longer than a week, probably because the manager doesn't know how to manage a business or train a team properly. I'd quit to. Check your order before you leave and keep your receipt so when the manager argues with you or refuse to make it right, write a review with their name so maybe corporate will see it and hopefully replace her with someone who has experience with managing a business and customer service. I keep going back because I love their drinks (1/2 off with app.) and it's 3 blocks away. You're ruining your reputation sonic.

Night manager or whoever the manager is (Female) was absolutely rude. I couldn’t hear her on the intercom which seemed to make her mad. She asked me to pull forward and I asked if a certain item came with fries and if not if I could order some. She was rude, took my card and slammed the window on me multiple times. Threw my card at me and then said she wasn’t serving me anymore. I get they’re short staffed but I was just trying to order some food. If you cannot maintain yourself and be polite to customers don’t work in customer service and don’t become a manager. Someone should reevaluate who they hire let alone promote to manager!

So the manager that works today April 7th at 1pm needs to be fired. She's the same manager that worked on Mar 18th at 630pm. Who's crew messed up my 26 dollar order and instead of getting a bacon bacon hamburger meal I got a Jr cheeseburger that had soggy bread and so did my son. So on March 23rd I go get the gift card this manager, (who refuses to give me her name and says stuff to customers like "ok ok can I talk or what" like she's talking to a friend not in a professional management setting) I get the giftcard and go to use it and it did not work. I call the number on the back and the lady on the 1800 number told me I need to go back to the store because the manager never activated the card or put money on it. I still have the unactivated card she gave me with the message sorry for the inconvenience on it. This has been almost a whole month and nothing has been resolved!!! This store steals money from.people. I sure couldn't get away with not paying for food. So how is this place allowed to rip people off.

This is the worst place of business with the worst customer service so if you like good customer service do not go to this store. I place an order drive all the way home and it's completely wrong I'm just gonna just build it and eat what I had but the food was soggy like it had been sitting there for hours before they even get gave it to me so I called the store and the manager refuses to give me my money and cash because there's a car hop forgot to put my receipt on the bag or on a drain like they normally. So they give me a gift card OK I go and try to use the gift card and it doesn't work I called to activate the gift card that doesn't work there's no option on the number to activate the card I go on the website there's no option activate the card just reload or check balance so anyways I go to use it and it's not working. I didn't even leave the store after they gave me the gift card and tried to use it and the gift card wouldn't work the manager wouldn't help me all she said was oh what we're not trained on how to activate gift cards and if you can't activate it then there's nothing I can do I already gave you the gift card. So I asked for the general manager and she refused to give me any information on the general manager probably because she's afraid to lose her job horrible I will never return to this place of business ever
