I always use to come here for the great service but just recently went in and I’m a happy go person and I greeted the 3 girls and none of them could say hi back . They stayed silent while getting my order. Rude . Anyways girls you should really learn to read. I asked for a grande mocha with sweet cold foam not whip cream. Dry personalities will get you no where in life . 🤦🏽♀️

I rarely ever post a review, but I feel like today I had to. I ordered a couple drinks off Uber Eats, I’ve been ordering more online to not only help businesses, but also to be as safe as possible during the pandemic. Once I got my order, the cups had little affirmations written on them. One in particular that got me was, “You are enough.” Working in retail, I especially understand what you guys are going through now. But to remain so positive, and give back to your consumer (even if it’s just a little note), is amazing. Keep being great!

I order from this Starbucks quite a bit. Most of the time it's pretty good but today I ordered my iced coffee and I always get 4 espresso shots. Well today it didn't even look like there was one extra shot and u have to pay extra for those!!!

Wait is ALWAYS TOO LONG. if you have somewhere to be leave 30 minutes to stand and wait for a drink. Even mobile orders take forever and arent ready when I get there.

6:25pm today. Tried to order 2 coffees and a gift card.
Was told they dont brew coffee so close to close. They close at 7pm... not sure why they are open.
As i left the female employee started laughing. It was funny because you lost my business from the last 4 years. Good day!

Usually the staff is great here but last night they were more interested in talking among themselves than the customers. The place is always busy in the evening with kids studying and people meeting but last night it was super loud with screaming toddlers. Several people packed up and left after realizing the kids would not be stopping their screaming.

Closes at 3pm today, first off ridiculous. Yet it's nowhere near 3pm and customers are here and they are closed super well over an hour before closing time. Starbucks why do you post a closing time if you don't follow it?

I tried to like this place especially since it is conveniently located a couple of blocks from my house. However I will never go to this place again. I walked in and I was the only one in line, though they had others waiting on drinks. It took me 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to get the one drink I ordered. This isn't the first time, more often than not they get our orders wrong or completely forget to make them. We have waited upward of 30 minutes for our order at times. I have definitely given them their fair share of chances but I can't anymore.
