Good Times

"I normally like Good Times™ a lot. Mucho bueno. But today I was advised to eat a jam burger with cream cheese (sic) [jalapeño cream cheese burger], I don't recommend it, it wasn't salty enough. If you like Good Times™ burgers, this isn't what you're going to probably want. Like Good Times™ has a certain taste and this time I didn't get it."

No more I tell ya! Just lazy people, take some pride in what you do.$18 just spent for two chicken sandwiches and two large fries. Fry bag had oil all over it and fries that were so undercooked, soggy, dripping with oil. My sandwich had enough mayo and lettuce for ten sandwiches and the bun had been smashed, then soaked in Mayo. Over the last month we have liked to get spoonbenders too. Unfortunately half full , very little toppings added. We ask to get it corrected and get attitude.....really. Make it as shown or at least try too. Most expensive place around , we expect better. You want us to support local business?? Do better. But sorry, we’re out, to many QC issues.

For the price I paid here I definitely had higher expectations. The chips and guac was terrible, my fries were not fresh at all; they were cold/stale/chewy like they'd been sitting around for hours which was very disappointing because I come to Goodtimes for their wild fries, also they didn't give me ketchup upon request. I felt like an inconvenience to them. The training here is heavily lacking. I can see why this place is never busy. $16 is a lot to spend on food that is subpar and certainly not fresh.

Normally a big fan of good times. Food is great. However, while waiting for food in the drive thru, I watched this woman wear her mask as a chinstrap while preparing food and talking to a co-worker. Alonzo, the manager, gave me a refund, but I wish they'd been enforcing mask requirements to begin with.
