Chick-fil-a

Absolutely love this place! Great customer service & fresh food. They could fill the fries up but other than that I love coming here for both the food & service. The owner is so sweet & makes it a point to communicate with customers. I worked here as a teen & I'm glad to see this location still doing so well. Wish they had one closer to 84th & Washington. Hopefully sometime soon🤗

We are from Montana and our daughter has been asking to go to the “cow restaurant “ for over a week. So we drove down so she could go…knowing the biggest part of her wanting to go was to play on the playground. We get there and the play area has been closed and is used for meetings and extra storage. She was heartbroken! The manager moved things around in order for her to play. It’s the small things like this that go to show you how great he is as a person and how customer service is given at Chick fil A!!! The food is always amazing!! I have never been disappointed. We would LOVE to have one in Montana!!!

Best food! Classic chicken sandwich (w/ extra pickles) is my fav! The staff are friendly. I love how they all always say, “my pleasure” after I say thank you. They love their job and it shows. (And/or they are trained very well, which I greatly appreciate bc that is not the case at a lot of other restaurants!) Food tastes better when it’s made by happy people and all the staff here are awesome!

My car broke down in the drive thru and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. They offered help and gave us water during the hot day. We had already placed an order when my car started to overheat and they brought out our food as we assessed the damage. It was the kindness of the staff that made a horrible situation better. Thanks guys!!

What can you say about Chick-fil-A? They really have their act together! Quality food, excellent service, and the best and most efficient management of drive through service anywhere! Even if you go there and it's packed, with a long line of cars... It moves much more quickly and efficiently than you expect it to. They do it right! And their chicken is great quality! Love me some Chick-fil-A!

I actually visited this location two days before I got my meal. The line was not very long but it was taking quite a bit of time for them to serve each person at the window. So I had to get out of line and go to work. Tried again two days later, gave myself extra time and the service was still about the same speed. The hashbrowns were really good and my chicken minis were good. Not sure if the kids guys are understaffed due to Covid or what. Everybody was friendly though. It’s no shade on the staff.

We love the store in Federal heights . But today we went to the one one 120th and Washington. It's horrible. We order lunch and had the wraps. They tasted funny because the lettuce was the outside leaves turning brown and it also tasted like the lettuce was not rinse. Will not go to this store again.
