Taco Bell

The G.M. does not own the store. Service animals are allowed in all public places and the law states that a vest is not required. It's a 100 degrees outside and this lady is still going to give me problems even though I've gone out of my way numerous times to help her store improve customer service. Pathetic! And they are supposedly new management according to their sign. Not a damn thing has changed. *Updated* When was a service animal not allowed to sit in a booth? Clean your tables then tell me where my dog can sit. Taco Bell is a family restaurant. Not this store.

Well, we decided to break from the norm and take a short road trip. It's less than a two hour drive, and the rain had finally moved on. So...let's get to it. I mean, it's Taco Bell. You either like it, or you don't. Really no in-between about it. We like, dare I say, love it? We have no issues running for the border, if you know what I mean. Anyway, when my mom was pregnant with me, she craved Taco Bell bean burritos with extra onions and green sauce instead of red sauce. If you're young, ask me what this green sauce is about, and I'll tell ya. So, she ate them a lot and that's where I got my love of the Taco Bell bean burritos. Unfortunately hey don't have the green sauce like they used to. But, I digress. This Taco Bell is literally "on the border" of Arkansas and Texas. Stationary on the Trxas side, the entrance/exit isn't very easy to use, but you can manage if you are patient. They offer a military discount, MUST show ID. Now, my wife told me they have a pretty good steak quesadilla. So I decided to try it out. Yep, she wasn't lying. Pretty darn good. Get it with extra onions and you'll be good to go. I also enjoy their crunchy tacos...it just seems like you have to et them hot and fresh or you might be a little disappointed later. A handful of sauce and I'm set. I'm going to finish up with this: I wish I had caught the young lady's name, but nonetheless, she was an absolute gem. Great customer-service with a good smile and attitude. Yes, I would definitely recommend this location. And, yes, we will visit again when we're down there.

Not shure what's happening here but could be open or closed any given time of the night . Will likely be missing so many ingredients it's hard to build any item on the menu. Seldom has promotional items such as the Deluxe and 5 dollar boxes available. The nachos Bell Grande is a joke. For some reason now it is half the size it use to be and twice the price. Could load a better stack of nachos with ingredients off the shelf of a dollar store!!.. Operations lack structure and Staff needs reconditioning. Polite people tho. Should take a lesson from New Boston Rd location..New Boston Rd

The drive thro did not work. They gave us half the menu to look at.. than we get to 2nd window our order is messed up . No one can read out order back. We say thank you at least 3 times during paying and. No response each time. Not even a what ever. Rude . Wait was not long just the services were rude
