Mcdonald's

took 30-40 minutes sitting in the drive through. didn't let us talk at the speakers before cutting us off. leading to them getting everything wrong. when trying to get the right order they kept bringing it out and it is still wrong. this happened 3-4 times before we could leave. terrible service, hire new employees mcdonalds

No Ketchup so they claim thru drive thru, I went inside and ordered fries with 2 packages of ketchup, am going to call her a worker cause a team leader of manger don’t have that kind of attitude, she stated we out of ketchup I said, can get my refund back what is fries without ketchup, she stated I can put it (ketchup) in a box I said ok, so after she turn her back to go get ketchup she stated to the workers Am tried of these people asking for stuff. It’s the lady tat wear the blue dresses shirt, I made it there between 3:30 and 4p. I feared for my life to eat the ketchup in the box, cause of the evil ways that she acted. so I gone to another McDonald’s and told them about it and the gave me packages of ketchup. And told the manager about what’s going on at the other store. I did contact Corporate and left a message. I give McDonald’s on New Boston road (0) stars, will not recommend anyone to go there.
