Denny's

Omg! Where to start. The service from the jump is on POINT, our waitress Samantha is funny, fast on her feet,and very professional and great at multitasking, I wish I could have my own Samantha in every restaurant my husband and I go to,she's truly one of a kind. And THE FOOD! Omg. So delicious and the cook Diego is supreme, that man can do stakes almost as good as my husband, our meal felt like home,make sure yall ask for Samantha when yall dine 🍽 here,we're definitely returning.

I noticed they had a birthday special where they gave you a free breakfast platter I noticed they had a special on their nachos appetizer and I got something else that was on special but since I had one on special they wouldn't give me the other thing on special so that was kind of a retail rip off Doe

We waited for 20 minutes to be seated with over 15 tables available. When asked if we could sit down and get water and coffee, we were told no by the manager. Reasoning, they cant seat any tables until the kitchen catches up. I'm not sure what training Dennys gives its managers but customer service is not one of them! At least let me be comfortable and have a drink while I wait. Customers are sympathetic to the current employment situations if done right.

Good was decent also came out really quickly, however it was 4:30 in the morning and I was the only one there so... Took 8 minutes for anyone to notice me at the door waiting to be seated, waited even longer than that for my first cup of coffee. After I finished my meal I wanted another cup of coffee so I put cup on the edge of the table (universal sign for refills I thought). Server sitting in booth across from me watching TV looked and seen my cup there and literally said your check is ready whenever you are., I asked if there was a 2 cup maximum she didn't laugh. Service has been like that all 3 times I've been to this location.

Tonight's service was terrible. My party and I sat there at our table for the better part of an hour waiting for our order. The server was clearly new, and just shut down when our order was wrong and started doing other things, avoiding interaction. About 20 minutes later, we got the rest of our food from a waitress we had to flag down and ask about it. Not a good experience.
