Placed an online order, realized I order wrong. I called the store and was politely asked told just a min. Once she got back shs was super kind to find my order and change my order over the phone. Such amazing customer service ive ever received at this location!

I ordered some food from these guys and they really came thru for me and went above and beyond for seemingly no reason, honestly I had a rough night tonight and this really made my night. acts of kindness are what connect people to businesses so thank you to everyone working there tonight you really made my day better. Food was good too

They made my mothers day! All in all, I am here frequently! It’s always a great experience but food takes abnormally long to cook. I know if I’m stopping by to order food I’ll be there 45 minutes for Togo order. The food quality and atmosphere makes up for that down fall

The food was ok. I got a flavor I hadn't tired before and I didn't care for it, but that's not really their fault. The service was a little slow as we were the only ones in the store, but maybe they had a lot of to go orders. Who knows? However, I'm giving them 5 stars because I left my purse there and didn't realize it until I was in Yuma. Ken took care of it for me and held onto it in the safe until I could have my cousin pick it up for me. I got it back and everything was there just as I left it. I can NOT thank them enough. LIFESAVERS!!!! I expected it to be gone. THANK YOU!

I had Kenneth take my order real nice guy u can tell he is old and tired but he tries his best to smile and make the place look nice and do things. Almost makes me feel sorry that he works with certain young workers. Super nice and always trying to do something and the food was good for me :)

I love getting my wings here because of employees like Nick. I have no idea how he manages to keep his composure during dinner rushes. This place is slammed busy every time I come in it’s crazy. Management is lucky to have staff like him. He needs a promotion and pay raise for real. The whole staff does. I could never do what they are doing. Seriously

All these other reviews are so dumb. The staff is so nice and are trying their best especially since they’re understaff. I went in with some friends the other night around 10:00pm and they let us know that it was a 45min to an hour wait. They had about 30+ orders and just three employees. Props to them for being kind and holding down the store. Just have patients and if you don’t then go somewhere else easy as that.

Soda machine didn't work but they made due. Staff was nice. Food was made quickly and order was right. I liked the flavors and the wings were cooked well could have been crispier though! The prices were reasonable. I'd go back!

Rick Ross's successful restaurant franchise is a pretty good Buffalo Wild Wings alternative & costs $10 for some takeout wings. For a Minnesotan, it is pretty exotic stuff - muy caliente!
