Wish I could give a negative 5!So, I am new to posting on this or any other site....and that being said, I have NEVER posted a poor review on any business in my life...HOWEVER...TODAY IS A NEW DAY! What I experienced this morning at the 7-11 on Apis and Temecula Parkway, is worthy of a warning! ..and I am NOT a feminist....I went there to get diesel gas for my truck. I pulled in and attempted 3 times to get the pump to accept my CC. All 3 times the machine canceled the transaction. I went into the store and waited in line to tell the store clerk and get the pump activated. I set it up for $100 and headed back out to pump the gas. I started the pump and noticed right away it was operating very slowly. I waited for about 5 minutes and it only put out $1.40 in gas...I walked back into the store and mentioned to the clerk that the pump was not working well...it was very slow...he raised his finger and pointed to the empty isle stating "get in line". He was very rude. I told him I just needed to know if the pump was running out of gas. He stated "the pump is not out of gas, you just shut it off.". I told him that was not the case but I would try again. I went back out and attempted to get the pump to pump the gas faster...nope...still VERY slow...Another customer, (Male), was pumping gas on the pump on the other side of me...he too was having issues. I heard him tell the truck behind him the gas was very slow coming out. I asked him if we would accompany me into the store to tell the clerk as he did not believe me. The man had no problem with that and went back into the store with me. When we walked inside, I said to the clerk "I tried it again and it is still not working"....he pointed to me and said "get back in line". I pointed to the man next to me and stated "he is having the same problem". The male customer said "yes, the pump is running out of gas. It pumps very slow." The clerk very politely said to him "just go to another pump or I will give you your money back". This enraged me as I had been rudely told twice to get in line and he dismissed what I had to say. I spoke up and said to the clerk "what is going on here? Is this because I am a woman? You don't believe what I told you, but you believe him?". The clerk then rudely, using vulgar language, told me to get the F*** Out! He then made several statements I could not understand, called me a B**** and to F***ing leave the store. He said "and YOU! Here is your receipt (throwing it at me) Get the F*** Out of my store NOW! I did respond in like fashion. I won't deny that. I was so angry and appalled that he would treat me or any other customer Male or Female, like that. I will NEVER go back to that store and give my hard earned dollars to such a bad business establishment. 😡😡
