Burger King

After patiently waiting for 5 mins at 8:39pm 6/29/22 to have order taken through driver through no answer. I then proceeded through to the window to have all 4 staff members run and hide to avoid conversation. I was just asking if they were closed, it looked like staff was then arguing and one was saying we’re open and the others were hiding. So I pulled around and went to the doors, this girl ran to the doors and slammed them and locked them then put her head down and ignored me asking if they were closed. The male cleaning the tables then approached stating they are under staffed and have no cooks. I understood and left after seeing her argue with another woman after looking back at me and laughing. She’s named Geniva or something close, from what the male said. Very unprofessional and will harm your company. Good luck BK I’m not coming back.

Went in this morning and order a medium whopper meal. Received a small soda told the employee at the window “this is the size I’m supposed to get?!” He said yes and proceeded to hand me my drink. I have ordered a medium whopper meal many times in my life and have never received a child size soda! I’m running late to work (since they took over 15 minutes to wait on the car in front of me) so I figured I’d call when I got into my office… well guess what?! Number is not working… how convenient! I then look into my bag and see no receipt and the smallest amount of fries ever!

I ordered the big fish meal with mocha iced coffee in the drive thru around 8 pm. When I got home, it wasn’t a fish sandwich it was some burger with bacon on it. It was cold and so were the fries. I live very very close by so I know it couldn’t have gotten cold on my ride home. I was tired and hungry so there was no way I was going to waste my time and gas driving back over there. I just wanted to eat and get to bed.

I love there 2 for 6 chicken fries and there chicken sandwiches I had some yesterday and it was so good and the services was also good and I will like to give a big shout out to the morning manager I think her name is Ana she so polite and patient while she was taking my order and I could tell she cares about the customer this would be my go 2 place..... whoever is her boss need to give her a raise cause she goes out of her way to please her customer.........

I love going here the service is great and the stuff is superb and nice especially the manager that work there.... I would like to give a shout out to tuliese and the staff that was working on 2-09-22 they were super friendly and made sure my food was corrected and I had everything I order that night
