We went to this Starbucks on a Friday night. It was adequately staffed, very friendly and restroom clean. The first drink ordered was a Grande PSL. It was hot, balanced and all the pumpkin was present. The second was a tall Mocha with oatmilk. This one was creamy, delicious and brought the right amount of mocha on the pallate. Kudos to the Barista on the bar, the team, and the leadership.

I’m new to the area, and this is the second Starbucks location in Temecula that I’ve received phenomenal customer service. The Manager (Richard)and staff (Judy+more) reach out to customers for feedback on services which is an excellent way to know them. This location is highly recommend by myself, if your seeking a good environment to focus early morning, have some coffee, breakfast and complete your work. Additionally, this location is the first to recommend completing your transaction for coffee, and refill as daily customer. Keep up the outstanding work.
