Firehouse Subs

OMG prices, $2 more per sandwich than any other Firehouse I have visited (I am from FL). The Large Smokehouse (that I used points to buy) was light on meat, absent lettuce and tomato, and the bread was cracking (dry and hard). They also had run out of some meats, and Sweet Tea. Though it was more likely the employees (nearing the end of shift) didn’t want to Slice/Prep the meat or make more tea. I also listened to two female employees, one on the clock, having a conversation (gossiping) about other women and their periods. Not that people can’t have the freedom of free speech, and talk about real issues; but people are eating. And this directly reaffirms my thought that you just didn’t have the work ethic to make sweet tea or prep more meat.

Okay, so the sandwiches here are good, but the customer service lacks a lot. I don't know if this location is missed managed, but It never seems busy, but the employees take forever. It's always dirty and unorganized, but I never see anyone cleaning. There is always trash or boxes in the dining area waiting to be taken out to the dumpster. One of the bathrooms is out of order indefinitely, and be careful what day you go because it might be meat day, and they may or may not have the ingredients to make the sandwich you want.

The first picture is what I ordered the second picture is what I received from Firehouse Subs! I can’t even believe they would make such a sandwich and expect someone to eat it. I threw it in the trash and will never order from them again. I ordered this through Door Dash and thankfully they gave me my money back when I gave them a call and explained.

Was looking forward to trying this place but after waiting at least 15 minutes for a sandwich (with nobody inside waiting or eating, needless to say i was put off. Sandwich fell apart and didn't get my pickle, mac and cheese was way over priced and really runny. I will try again at this location and let's see how it goes.
