Subway

I ordered online which was ok but you can't order kids meals or custom a sub which makes it not convenient. When I placed my order I asked for light sauce on the wrap. They put so much sauce it was leaking through the wrapper and the bottom of the bag was full of sauce as well. It was so over baring I had to throw the wrap away. I said something to the girl and she said there is nothing she could do without a manager. I feel like she could have offered to make me a new wrap. I payed $10 for nothing.

Very busy. Agonizingly slow. The food prep area was a mess. They were out of at least three toppings. Teens working had a very poor attitude. They could use a class on customer service. As for the food, it tasted as though the meat (salami, pepperoni) was different and very bland. Will not return to this shop.

I have never had such a poor or unprofessional experience at a subway, one of my favorite places to get a quick lunch. They only had wheat bread, which was not a big deal, but that caused the three teenagers on shift to start arguing with each other the entire time they made my sandwich about who was busy and why the bread wasn’t made. They all had terrible attitudes, presumably from the arguing but I was met with nothing by rudeness from all three. Thankfully I do not live in Tecumseh and will most definitely not be back.
