I visited this KFC to order out. First thing that was weird- they charge for coupon flyers! The prices were much higher than they used to be, inflation I suppose, but if I wanted to spend that much I'd had gotten healthy food from elsewhere. Many things caught my eye that seemed off. Dirty areas, sticky floor, employee with face mask down while getting food together, expired documents displayed. Here are photos of everything I found. I do have to say the cashier was Very nice.

I'm sad this location seems to be having huge problems. I waited a half hour for my 8 piece chicken no sides, received no flat ware and no napkins. Left my order of mashed potatoes and I'm not going back for it. The staff were young and helpful, apologies were made. But an irate customer made the environment uncomfortable. He complained about "no chicken, you have to wait..."policy adapted here. The soda fountain running. Bathroom sinks too. Ew what's going on?

I am so very upset about my visit here! The cashiers (apparently new) were so pleasant but the manager was very Unprofessional, Disrespectful to the staff, loud and rude mouthed and she made herself look foolish. That is just #1 complaint. My family and I had a hard day & wanted KFC so bad but not to the point of Dried out chicken tenders, horrible left in the lamp chicken breast and so we just ate the mash, corn & biscuits and left. What a waste of my hard earned money and my poor family having to witness such unjust treatment & served terrible food. I wanted to confront the manager on her conduct towards staff and also ask for my money back but instead just leaned over to tell the poor cashiers that they deserves better than this treatment. I am the process of writing a report to anyone that will listen to this. This place ruined our taste to ever eat at KFC (any) again!! Get new management & treat people like people for Gods sake!

This place is terrible. Cashier was so rude and was freaking out. She was alone and said the system was down. They don’t have fries and crispy chicken and biscuit and other sides. They don’t have anything. The place is dirty and cashier dropped the plates on the floor, coughing without a mask. It’s just bad business. Then another cashier showed up and they are arguing with each other. Very disappointing and shocked.

Walked in for a pick up. The tall big size, dark skin female cashier suddenly raises her voice at me, saying "IM NOT TALKING TO YOU". Murmurs something to her coworker and starts expressing the dirtiest attitude. Then, she refuses to hand out the food. What a bizarre and nasty experience. The low google rating speaks for itself. Go at your own risk. Called the store multiple times to speak to the manager but no response. Zero star.

Atrocious service. Order for pick-up and most of my items were unavailable as were any viable substituions but was told I could not be refunded. Manager said there was nothing they could do since they had just arrived for work. Non of my sides were available so was given3 large orders of fries after refusing Cole slaw since my children are allergic. The mac and cheese was also severely burnt but I only realized it after arriving at home. Absolute nightmare and the management should be fired.

Update Dec22 2019--- The mashed potatoes taste sour. No buttery flavor. I would not recommend them at all. Chicken sandwich was just ok.. slightly better than cafeteria food. Floor and tables were clean on this visit. Employees were friendly. The price is awesome! Just $6 for a full meal! Burger King and McDonalds both need to get their prices down again! End of update--- Pros: Yummy chicken, yummy wedge fries, fast service, lots of parking spaces, lots of tables. Cons: a little pricy, sticky floor, some tables and benches were dirty.

We placed an order for a 16 piece chicken tender meal, and a 2 piece meal. It took 45 minutes to get our order, get home only to discover that the 2 piece meal was missing. The quality of the food was lacking, as the chicken was salty, the mash potatoes soupy, and the gravy watery. The Mac and cheese also had an odd flavor. Needless to say the experience was disappointing.
