Dropped into half the new BBQ chicken sandwich of course it never looks like it does on TV and I wanted to upgrade my sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions was told repeatedly no we cannot do that I even said but I'm willing to pay extra for those items... Nope not willing to do that would have been a higher score in service if that young man had done such.
I will say that while I was there food did come out of the kitchen very quickly! And it was fresh and hot.

The cashier who took our order was on point and got our order fast and efficiently. Was polite and helful.the food came out fast and right. I have always loved KFC 🍗 this was a nice lunch after church today

This KFC has some of the best customer service I have ever seen! The managers Monica and Michelle are kind and respectful and will do anything they can to make sure your order is to your satisfaction! I will definitely keep going back there! Thank you so much!

I don't go to KFC much anymore since they got rid of spicy crispy but happy I stopped in here and grabbed a Famous Bowl. This restaurant is one of the few that doesn't treat you like some kind of leper as you approach the counter. Yes. Know we are in a not so great moment but in my opinion some places are using this as a way to keep customers out. As a customer I remember who was nice to me when I'm having a hard time and will definitely remember KFC who treated me like a wanted customer.

Amazing customer service! 10/10 for the cashier woman who went above and beyond to cater to an individual with difficulty communicating. Her uppity attitude and flexible demeanor makes the KFC experience worth every dollar.

Hadn't been to KFC in over a year because of the food. I decided to give them another try after they remodeled. My chicken was hot and cooked to perfection. The service was great. Love the new look of the KFC in Tarboro. I'll be back. Keep up the good work KFC of Tarboro
