loved my honeydew milk tea, Elijah was really attentive and sweet, he took mine and my family’s order with ease, he answered all our questions and also helped with recommendations ✨❣️ if I ever come back to Florida would def be making a stop here ! ☺️

Stop by here after a long day of adventuring around. Service was quick, friendly, and skilled. They also offer a selection of tees which inspired me to order one as well. If we go there again, I would not recommend getting the tea. Nothing special about it. Just stick with the ice cream!

Hand rolled ice cream, how can it not be 5 stars!? Seriously, I try to stay away from sweets but today I had a sweet tooth. I ordered the Good Morning with vanilla ice cream. Cinnamon and chocolate is a perfect match. I highly recommend this place. Staff is friendly, dress is casual and prices are fair.

Best boba I have had since Hawaii. The owner was super nice and gave a lot of advice of the best flavors. I got the Thai and my girlfriend got the Mocha.

The woman who helped us was absolute perfect. So knowledgeable.
I have never heard of popping boba before so, she let me sample the strawberry and, lychee boba. (Which was so sweet of her as most places due to COVID have stopped samples.) What a treat !!!
I got the Taro with popping Strawberry Boba. Donot mess around with any other place in town as we unfortunately did.

35 Below is definitely one of my go to spots! I am a big Boba Tea fan and the Thai Tea hits the spot every time! My wife and daughter love the hand rolled ice cream! So many flavor combinations to choose from! Try it out!
