Great store for runners, but if you want gait analysis or more than cursory assistance go when they aren't so busy. Had a difficult time getting someone to answer basic questions about shoe sizes (staff appeared to spend much of their time talking with each other) and when we checked out the clerk was on the phone the whole time. It has a huge selection of merchandise for runners just not the best service. We are Fut 2Run club members and would strongly recommend the St Pete location. It's a bit smaller but with a more customer focused staff. We bought one on sale pair of shorts and will head back to the St Pete location to purchase shoes.

I was in the store on Sunday, November 12 and it had been years since I had been there. I definitely won't wait that long to return this time! Alex was a huge help to me as I tried to figure out which shoes were best for my current needs. He was super polite, very knowledgeable about all of the shoes I looked at, well-spoken, and attentive until I finally chose my new shoes! Alex also tested my foot pattern for insoles, explained the results to me, and made a solid recommendation for me. I highly commend Fit2Run for finding and choosing such amazing staff in an era of poor customer care!

I was looking for a store that could recommend running shoes specifically for me and Liam at Fit2Run did not disappoint! He was very patient and kind while I kept asking for different options. I should’ve just trusted his initial recommendation because those are the ones I left with. Liam took the time to do the test for the insoles and explain what it all meant. He also assessed my running posture on the treadmill. I’m very pleased with the experience! Oh and for reference it was a very busy Sunday and I felt like the only in the store. Thanks Liam!

I’ve always had a great experience in this store. The sales people are runners, and will always provide alternative shoes to try out. Online sales for f2r is chaos. The web site doesn’t work, member points are hard to apply, and both email and text questions take a week to get a reply. Having managed deployment of software, I know that stuff happens. But this has been an issue for many, many months. F2r needs to fix the problems. I missed out on a great buy due to their defective online cart and snail-like responses to both text and email. When I get a response I’ll up the stars.
