The coffee and donut were fine. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. The place has poor curb appeal, unfortunately, and the tables were not very clean. The employees' attitudes made up for the atmosphere faults.

As I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale and was close to my hotel I had to get my Dunkin fix. I passed this location and was excited to turn around as I am one of those people who runs on Dunkin… Upon walking in, the young lady at the register greeted me with a huge “Welcome to Dunkin” and amazing smile.
Upon placing my order I stepped to the side to wait for my items. The store was very clean and the staff working with the food had gloves on. The team worked together as everyone was responsible for something which allowed for a smooth transition from order to delivery. Moments later my order was ready and I was out the door.
I’m excited to say that this location did not fail me when it came to my Dunkin fix. The coffee was made to my order and taste bud perfection and the chicken croissant was spot on at the right temperature and not thrown together.
Based on this experience I will be here every day that I am in town. LoL!!!

This location seems to be a little understaffed at times or has staff that is fairly new and unfamiliar with orders. The lines can get quite long and there is no drive through however the only reason I give it 5 stars is because of who I believe to be the store manager (he is always there when I go which is quite often) young black male usually at the register. He is always so helpful to the other employees especially when you can tell they lack training, he is patient and gives them direction without being insulting or impatient being that he handles the bulk of he workload. He is always a step ahead and so courteous and ready to help and get your order correct and as fast as he is able too. This location is VERY lucky to have him otherwise the service would not be the same! The rest of the staff does not seem as motivated they're there for a job but they get it done. Wish I knew his name but 10/10 service from him every time!

The men there are so sweet. I usually don’t get Dunkin cuz the coffee is always bad but I only went there for my aunt so I just got some coffee and I expected the coffee to be horrible but the man made it so good..so yea the manager there knows how to make coffee

This was my first time at this location and I was greeted me with a warm welcome. They were very hospitable .The person who assisted me was an Black man I wished I had caught his name but he was excellent . All the staff was friendly. The place was cleaned and smelled like coffee and sweet treats. Thank you for my experience.

It was a late night visit. They were out of most things that I could eat ( vegan) and espresso but the young lady at the counter wanted to accommodate as best she could so she gave me a recommendation of the cold brew coffee. It was great and gave me just right amount of caffeine for night time. I was grateful. She could've just kept trying to clean the store but her focus was on helping her customer. I appreciated that.

Nate did a great job of making up for an order I had earlier in the week that was bad. As he helped me, I saw his great interactions with other customers - one person bragged about how good their coffee was - Nate told her it’s because we made it with love ... Amazing service Nate Thank You!

The customer service is on point here. The coffee is delicious and the donuts are baked fresh. I love coming here for my morning wake me up. The sandwiches are delicious and the coffee gets me going. I will always keep coming back here because they are very professional and take their customers serious.
