I never felt such shame as I did today going into this 7 Eleven establishment. I walked in today with the intent to buy toilet paper. After being directed to the correct aisle I realized the price was significantly higher than the convenience store near my home. So I searched my wallet for change, I came up short. My daughter whom was standing next to me said Mommy I can help, so she looked on the floor and underneath for change. As she was looking the man behind the counter reached down and grabbed all the change on floor and piled it behind his counter so she couldn't pick it up. When she noticed she looked up at me with such a face of disappointment because she knew we needed it and she knew I was short. That hurt the most. Thankfully I had change on a card to eventually go through with the purchase. After I left and started heading home I called the store to discuss the matter he began repeating not to do it again and then hung up and left the phone off the hook so I couldn't call back.

Convenient location at the light/intersection with a good assortment of prepared foods. I got the stuffed waffle for breakfast and it was really good! I must warn you though there are ALWAYS people hanging around outside begging asking for money. My husband was pumping gas and a man walked from the front of the store out to the gas pump to ask him "spare change for cigarettes" which he said no & the man walked back to another man standing on the sidewalk to wait for the next person to ask. I've encountered several people here on different occasions as well. Just be alert & aware of your surroundings... The homeless population is abundant in this location.

Staff at this location has THE WORST customer service skills. They are very rude and talk down to you. Especially the older lady who literally said "she knows more than me" when I pointed out a sign they have posted proved her wrong. She would not admit it, just walked away and disregarded me afterward. This place will no longer get any of my money. Maybe try some staff training for common sense.

The lady working there has officially taken 1rst place on worst customer service EVER. I simpily asked for directions and all i got was in return was straight attitude. Asked for charger and she said they didnt carry any. I was going to walk out of store and i see chargers right in front of her cash register. I asked " no chargers huh?" She said "i dont know what your phone is". I pay and as im leaving i hear her mumbling bad words like she wanted me to hear. I will never do any sort of business with this location. I will take this to corprate and get justice. I hate the fact that people apply at roles involving interacting with customers but cant even do it. Where is humanity?

Great place if you're buying anything... Horrible place if you or your kids need to use the restroom and it's an emergency and if you use public transportation.. Every time I've gone here the toilet is "broken" or they lost the key. Today, it was both. Really!.. Just tell me to buy something sheesh. Quit the lies. 🤨🤨🙄🙄
