The customer service person with nice that a decent selection of drinks and snacks. Although the parking lot was somewhat dirty and the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy with people hanging around the dumpsters which I was a little surprised about I would go back but I'm not 100% sure as safety is important to me

Love the owner and all the workers that hold it down. But this store needs security it is not ok to go to your local store and be harassed. I live in this community and I will not be punked or played in activities I am not involved in please please please get it in it in order before someone or somebody gets hurt. It is the owners job to get it together please 🥺

The lady with the one line eyebrows seems to very racist. I'm a truck driver just passing through, but I would never stop here again. My child and I walked in and ask was there a rest room. She immediately said that the rest rooms where not working. I was planning to spend some money in there, but since they were unable to accommodate and referred me to another store I will take my money there. 💪🏾💪🏾

Garbage!! Live close by so its the 7 11 i tend to go too and 90% of the time the workers are rude. They always have people hanging around out front so makes me very un easy going in. The mini tacos are always old as well as most of the hot food in there. I have bought swisher sweets the single ones and they are usually all dried out. Something really should be done with this store!!! Honestly have no intentions on going in there anymore there's one like 3 more minutes away from me and ill just go there.

This morning I came to this location, I had $17 in my account. I got a few things and told the lady that I also needed a pack of Marlboro red 100s she repeated it back to me I said yes please. My total was $14 and some change. I walked out, grabbed the pack out of the bag to light one and it was the wrong kind. I went back and told the other woman that it was the wrong kind and that I wanted the marbs. She told me to put my card back into the chip reader and then take it back out. She then rang up the pack that I wanted and told me to put my card back in again. It declined and she told me that I only had $2 and some change in my account. I said that's impossible because you just returned the $8.33 from the wrong pack of smokes back into my account so I should have like $11 in there. She said oh no it's going to take a few days for that $8 to go back into your account. I'm like really I wish you would have said that first I would have just kept the other pack of smokes. So I go outside call my mom tell her what happened and that now I only have $2 in my account she sends me another $8. I go back in and tell the lady I want to purchase a pack of Marlboros. I put my card in and it declined again she says that I only have $1 and some change in my account. So I look in my banking app on my phone and it shows the first $14 being taken out (with the pack of smokes that has now been returned) then it shows they took $2.92 out of my account for some reason that I got nothing for and then it shows that they took the $8 out of my account that my mom sent me for which I got nothing for also. They took a total of $20 from me. Me and my 4 year old autistic son just got kicked out of our place last week, we have been living out of a motel. The woman at this 711 is now being extremely rude to me and acting like it's my fault that this has happened or like it's my banks fault. It's not anyone fault but this 711s fault. I belong to a huge online community around this location and I will be telling everyone not to visit this location under any circumstances and they will be letting their family and friends know also. How dare you take money from the homeless and disabled. Shame on you 711.

I wish I could give a no star. This store is right next door to my apartments and I would rather go to a store a few miles away!!! Always loiters outside making it look dirty and grosse. You go in the store, and the employees are rude. I will only go there when certain people work because they treat customers right. I pay and was a very loyal customer there but now I can't stand the store. None of the employees are on the same page. One day you're told you can do something and the next you get yelled at for it. Becky is the worst customer service person there. She is rude and nasty to several customers. I called to talk to a manager when I just left the store (and I clearly seen a manager) and Becky continued to lie and say there was no manager. The worst place to go to!!!
