7-eleven

I have always loved 7-Eleven but this one has been consistently bad, even before the pandemic. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house so I sometimes find my self here out of convenience. Today was one of those times and my first time during the pandemic. Four out of the six customers that were helped while I was there were not wearing a mask, the staff clearly didn't care. One of the customers looked at me like I was the freak for wearing a mask, which makes me wonder if people go out of their way to this store to avoid being "harassed" for not wearing one. The soda fountain was sticky and dirty looking. And the clerk working the counter (older white lady) was wearing a face shield but had it flipped up the whole time. I will take other people's advice and avoid this one like the plague.

I don't care if they're not always in the best mood, I get that. 711 employees get treated poorly and I see it all the time when I go in, so I do my best not to complain. But this is a global pandemic and both employees were not wearing masks. To clarify, I guess, the manager had his one pulled down covering his beard. How is this okay to sell food like this?

No hello. No thank you. Tried to overcharge me for a cup of ice. 7 items not offered a bag..then charged 6 cents for a bag. Didn't even attempt to put paid merchandise in bag. Again no thank you. But the white lady in front of me got all those basic customer service treatments. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm offended. Not even a thank u. Smh

I'm a 7/11 Gruru I get free food several times a day. Now that most of the 7/11s have the Scan and Pay Stations this makes things so much more easier for me to Redeem my items and Scan and Jam all day long cause as far as the cashiers are concerned as long as they hear that particular sound when you scan your phone to pay for your items they don't care how many times it's done cause they don't know weather it's a redeem or a credit card on your phone either way it's being paid for an if you know me I never pay for a single item there. Infact 7/11 is so kind they give me 800 points all day long.

I just bought my lotto tickets in 7-Eleven at 5602 McKinley Ave, Tacoma. After leaving the store I though I had lost my wallet there. I ran back and your employee "Mama" was so supportive, helpful, and made me calm. Luckily, I found my wallet in my car later. I am very grateful to this woman who genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you!!!
