Fresh Rolls

I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and the lemongrass beef spring rolls for pick up. They came with a really nice peanut dip and sweet oil with crushed peppers mixed in so it was a little spicy. I enjoyed both rolls, but next time I will order without the basil (it overwhelmed the taste of the rolls so I took it out). The inside of the restaurant was very clean and colorful which makes me want to dine in on my next visit. My order was quick, accurate, and I enjoyed my experience. Well be back for more!!

The food is ok. Nothing spectacular, but does the job when you are hungry~ The front of the house is very dirty. I spilled my Thai tea on the floor because the lid was loose yesterday and I went in today and I can see that my Thai tea was never cleaned off of the floor. More than half of the tables had crumbs and actual chunks of food on them. Paper napkins on the floor.... This makes me question what their kitchen in the back may look like along with the quality of their food.

Love fast food type Vietnamese food, especially Banh Mi sandwiches. I don’t know about a few of the negative comments but this place is GREAT! Best Banh Mi I’ve ever had in the US and I’ve made this my regular lunch place to go almost daily. Haven’t tried any of the other food but if you w the Potk Banh Mi, you won’t go wrong!!! Five stars!!!! (The customer service is also GREAT!)

This location needs some work. I placed an order 30 mins ahead and when I arrived I had to wait 5 more minutes - there was no one in the store so I’m confused why it wasn't ready. The associate behind the counter asked me to wait before greeting me and went around the corner to check his phone. When I received my order, I was missing an item which I was told “was in the bag”. It wasn't. I also am confused why the fried roll is advertised as $2.50 online but is sold for $1.50 in store? Honestly sad about this because I’ve been going to Fresh Roll for 2 years now and the service has gone downhill. Will not be going back to this location - I will make extra time to go to University Place or Fircrest next time.
