Arby's

I haven't been to Arby's in awhile now, typically I go to the one on meridian, went to this one as it was super close and we wanted food, took forever and a day to get through the line, the food was an absolute disaster. Roast beef was chunky, fries were like they used the bottom of the bag only, sauce everywhere and cheese everywhere on my beef and cheddar and the bottom bun was super stale and hard in the middle. The kid at the window was so very nice and sweet but the food was not great. I wish the kid luck at his job and truly hope they put more effort into the food they hand out the window.

We had a previous bad order so we had a free replacement. I ordered four extra sandwiches and they only gave us two, they did not charge me but still. I ordered jalapeno poppers first and they did not cook them enough. The sandwiches were kind of cold. They gave us extra cheese sauce which was nice, but I did not need it. I had a jamocha shake which was really good. Just not impressed with this place anymore it seems like every time I go there something's wrong with my order.

Yesterday my friend and I went to this Arby's to try the chicken, grape and pecan sandwich. I had been looking forward to this for some time. We went through the drive-thru and placed our order. It took a while for us to get up to the window, but eventually we made it. We paid our bill and then sat there and waited and waited for our food. The girl finally came to the window and told us they were out of bread, all they had to offer was rye bread or a hamburger bun. I hate rye so I had to take a hamburger bun. Once again we waited forever for our food. There was a big line of people behind us and we felt bad making them wait like that. Finally after waiting for a good half hour we got our sandwiches and took them home. I was so disappointed when I opened my sandwich, I have never felt so ripped off. Remember I had the bun and it had sauce slopped all over it. My sanwich consisted of cubed chicken in a sauce with a couple pieces of celery. That's it!!!!!!!! My friend called me and her sandwich wasn't any better then mine. If they didn't have the stuff to make them why didn't they say so at the beginning and saved us all that time.
