Starbucks

The Tacoma Mall is a breeding ground for stress and negativity at times due to the amount of people and current political/ socio-economic environment. People line up to just get their coffee and get out to finish their shopping adventure and get out of Mall. Yet, in all this chaos, the folks at this Starbucks always seem calm and pleasant. They don't fall prey to the occasional rude over the top customer, rather they recieve, place, and present everyone's order the same way every time~ professionally and friendly! If you can't tell already, I'm just not a fan of the mall. But, I am a fan of the Starbucks at the mall and make it a point to visit there for cup whenever I am there.

RJ and ALL of the evening shift are truly the best and go above and beyond to personalize my visit. RJ never has a problem completing my weird order accurately and the other female staff two in particular (their gonna kill me because I cannot think of their names) are very personal, uplifting and truly connect with conversation. They make a great effort to keep the store very clean and work quickly while still smiling. I don’t have a lot of time in the morning. So they are so sweet to make my drink with the ice on the side so I can add it in the morning!! I hope these souls truly understand they are appreciated. All of the details they put in does not go unnoticed. This is the only Starbucks I will go to.

I got two cups of water. The staff was polite and fast. This is a busy location since its inside of the mall. Be aware that it might take you longer to received your order. The staff defenitely does their best to complete your order. I recommend this place to all of you. Again thank you for the amazing customer service!!! I will visit you soon again.
