I go here regularly and always get treated with respect (all of y'all leaving reviews on poor customer service really makes me wonder how you're treating them in the first place? you get back what you put out into the universe). My coffee is always made perfectly. If they're ever out of something I mobile ordered on the app, they let me know and already have some kind of alternative in mind to suggest. Even when the line of cars is backed out to the street they get through the orders super quickly and you never wait more than 10 mins MAX at peak hours.

The customer service is amazing on Monday through Saturday. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is , This location is never EVER open on Sundays at the time notated on there website. I work locally and have arrived at this location at 545 am for 8 weeks in a row and they are never open. The website and the employees I spoke to on the other days state that this location is to open at 5am even on Sunday. I am arriving 45 minutes past open and still absolutely no service. This would be a 5 star restaurant if they opened when the website states they open. I don’t think you could find friendlier staff at any other locations.
