I would highly recommend Pronto Fresh for fresh, quality salads, sandwiches, and soups! The food is fantastic and the service is even better. And don’t forget to grab some of the best baked cookies! Lemon Blueberry and Chocolate Chip are my favorites!

Fantastic spot in downtown Syracuse to get a great salad, soup coffee or breakfast sandwich.
The team and the owner are attentive and the customer service is perfect.

Been here twice, had a chicken salad sandwich the first time, today I had the southwest wrap, both were pretty good, could have had a little more flavor, or 'zest', but definitely not bad at all. I'll go back for sure!

Light refreshing , my go to is the Caesar wraps and the blueberry lemon cookie .the price can get to 16 dollars pretty quickly though. Wraps about 11 dollars .

Love this place❤️Can’t say enough about the owners and service. Quick place to run in and get a healthy lunch. Salads made upon request and everything is fresh and made in front of you. Park right in front and run in or stay to eat. I’ve been going here for few years and prefer over other places that sell salad options. Great sandwiches and wraps also.
