Long wait but were able to call ahead and make a reservation bc we were a party of 6+. Food was great, one of the burgers someone in my party had was uneatable as it was way too salty (another Berger at the table was perfect). Short rib Wellington was AMAZING! All the apps we had were delicious! Great service with very friendly staff we had Meg And Bridget who were both the great. Atmosphere was a little loud but there were many large groups in there, us included!

Beautiful location with simple and soothing decor. Great place for after work gatherings. Seating is endless. Our waitress Kelly was beyond amazing. Pleasant, cheerful and engaging. Our appetizers were great. Portions are a little small for the price, but tasty. We had the grilled octopus, cauliflower and chips and dip. Beet salad was a nice size and very tasty. Ahi burger was good. Dirty fries were my favorite part of the meal! (Bathroom was extremely clean, ventilated and beautifully done).

I decided to bring my family to Hilltop to celebrate completing my MBA. Although we could not make a reservation for a party smaller than six, we thankfully got a table. There were surprisingly a lot of people there for a Monday but after trying the food, I understand why! I can happily report this is one of the first restaurants where everyone was happy with their meal! The food was delicious and the portions were huge! Also, the ambiance was devine and felt very classy. Finally, the staff were amazing! We had Vanessa as our waitress and she was super attentive and friendly. She gave us great suggestions and always made sure we were happy. We will definitely be returning for more dinners and maybe even brunch! Thank you so much to Hilltop for helping me have a wonderful celebration, and I wish you continued success!

Went for brunch, 1st visit...had the breakfast tostadas and wow! Light but super flavorful!! Homerun on that 1. Dirty chicken and waffles also great and damn can they make a great drink!!! Finish with the Desert of creme brulee that's on top of rice pudding ..yes please! And our waitress Rosa was sweet and attentive and the runner that brought out our meal was friendly and funny! Can't wait to return.... just returned and ordered off the specials menu, lamb chops and pork osso bucco WOW, the pork just fell off the bone! Most tender I ever had n went perfect with garlic mashed. Can never go wrong with Lamb chops just delicious!

This past Sunday I had brunch with my wife, Brother-in-law and sister-in-law at Hilltop. Arrived at 11am and was seated right away. Our server, Erin, was an absolute gem and truly went above and beyond with her exceptional service. Her attentive and friendly demeanor made our meal an unforgettable experience. We want to express our sincere gratitude to Erin for making our day special. Thank you, Erin! ...and yes, the food was delicious and I would recommend Hilltop to anyone and everyone!!!

We found this place and tik tok and decided to go there for my boyfriend's birthday. We were served by Nicole and she was sooo sweet with us ! She treated us so nice and made sure that we always have everything that we need at the table . The food is WOW !! we ordered mac & cheese and calliflower yummy soo amazing ! and them we had the rib eye steak which let me tell y'all ! the best steak i 've ate ! at the end we decided to have dessert and it was delicious and the waiters came to this happy birthday ! This place is so cute and everything is 10/10 ! Must go .

Sunday evening dinner at Hilltop in syosset was incredible! Had diner with our fiends James Malkoff and Lauren Malkoff which was long overdue. What an amazing warm welcome from the entire crew from all of the owners, and chef Ian Russo. My server Erin even worked for me years ago. Sara Arahovitis, thank you for arranging this for us! Hilltop has a modern casual vibe with attentive service. Appetizers of dancing shrimp, which was wrapped with katafi which is basically a Greek puff pastry was amazing. Breaded cauliflower bites served with a buffalo type sauce and blue cheese on the side was also phenomenal. Dirty honey ribs brought back memories from dirty burger in Plainview. My entree  was short rib, Wellington, with a green peppercorn sauce, which I thought was phenomenal! Traditional Wellington is usually served with filet mignon, but as a chef, I can tell you it’s very hard to get it exact temperature so the short rib is a much better idea, and after speaking to Chef Ian he actually told me the same thing. Jim had a tuna burger which he enjoyed  and the ladies had  some salads with chicken. One  of the desert highlights was a homemade jelly, donut explosion à la mode, which is absolutely out of this world. Chef Ian formally from dirty burger, in Plainview has brought over his dirty secret seasoning to hilltop which  he uses on numerous dishes, including the ribs that we had, and the wings. Reasonable prices, a diverse menu perfectly executed, and atttentive service makes Hilltop worth a visit!  courtesy is contagious, pay it forward.
