The restaurant was pretty clean and service was fast! They did mess up my mom’s salad and gave her a half instead of a whole & forgot her extra chicken she paid for.
The food came out almost instantly and everyone working was very kind and friendly. I dont know if I’d ever get the flatbread again as it had like no chicken on it, but everything else was pretty nice.

Great place to study or do group projects, but be mindful if the time of day you go because they will try to kick you out to make space for the dinner rushes.
Otherwise it's the same food quality as any Panera.

First time at Panera ever. Friendly counter person didn't rush me to order. Four soup selections. Had my order of small soup and half sandwich to-stay. Very glad to see real utensils provided instead of plastic. An oval melamine platter accommodated my half sandwich and soup bowl, no food tray needed. Much less waste and better for the planet. I didn't need to use the restroom and don't know it's condition. Nice, will go again.

Nice, atmosphere. Crowd is laid back and friendly. Staff are courteous. Food is good except the fruity beverages and the lemonade. Overall good.

Got the warm bowl- chicken teriyaki with broccoli, brown rice and quinoa. A bit over priced.

I know sometime franchises vary but I haven't had a problem with this Panera. Pretty clean and the avocado on the chicken sandwiches are always green, never browned. Plus I appreciate any place where the manager doesn't have an issue taking orders at the counter while short staffed or someones taking a break.

Great experience, great service and awesome vibes! Tiffany was sweet, personable, pleasant and provided great customer service. The food was fresh and it didn’t take long for our order to be prepared. Everything was clean chairs, tables ect.The FOOD was DELICIOUS! I would give the staff in the Kitchen 10/10 👏🏼 Keep up the good work everyone 🤙🏼

Hard to go wrong with Panera; a great selection, fresh and generally less processed ingredients and super fast service.
Their pickup shelf is such a great idea, as well as the self order kiosks (especially due to their incredibly clean and effective ordering app); perfect for a quick but healthier pickup option at work.
