Titan Thai

We made a booking (Wednesday) for the following Saturday. Only a message machine booking was an option so we stated, day, time, number of people, phone number. We got no confirmation & arrived at 11:50am to find the restaurant CLOSED. We waited till 12:15 & still closed. The sign in the window said they opened at 11:30 but on-line said they open at 7:30am. I called twice from outside the restaurant & still only an answering machine. An hour on NO return call so I have to assume they are out of business. No sign, no message. As we pre-paid we are now out of pocket. Titan Thai, get your act together. UPDATE: We eventually made another booking & arrived at 12 noon, closed. We waited & they did eventually open (late). The staff attitude was disinterest. The food was tasty & they have the potential but what really annoyed us was that they have a menu with printed prices but in house it's a different price. Two items were $12.50 More & despite sticking to the voucher amount the end cost was around $35 more. An attrociously run & managed business, almost farcical!
