Friendly staff. Ridiculous lighting. The pins are in the dark. You can barely see them. Lane number one is also the entrance and exit for strollers, and one meter from the entranceto the lazer tag area. Besides interfering with the game, it is UNSAFE, as these heavy balls can easily cause a serious injury to the young kids running next to it.

Had a wonderful time at Strike. We spent time in the Arcade before doing bowling and having some drinks. It was a great experience and Isabelle and Lavender treated us very well at the bar, Blake and Arran were very nice and efficient with sorting us out. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in a fun night out

the place is good and not overly expensive. but the service at the bar is overall bad (not the counter, they were nice). Last night we ordered drinks through the QR code at the table. After 20 min I went to check what happened with our order. They simply didn't realize the order was sent and were making fun of it between them ( kind of blaming each other in a fun way). That's is annoying for a customer! and they just said: oh yes, we will prepare the drinks now. Instead of (at least) saying: "sorry" we will prepare the drinks now. A bit of an effort on service makes a big difference.

We arrived at Strike Bowling Entertainment Quarter on time (before 10.00 am on Sunday 1 May 2022). We were held back and waited in queue for over 10 minutes because the staff were administrating the Birthday Party guests/kids. Finally, we were allocated with a lane at 10.08 am. At 10.15 am, one the staff members reached out and asked us the speed up and ball faster! He mentioned that "we are behind the schedule"! This comment ruined the whole experience. We found the comment unprofessional and not respectful. We finished the game as quick as possible and left the venue.

Booked Birthday Party for. 9 year old, paid deposit of $240 had to reschedule for His Grandfathers funeral and the long weekend so a few of his besties couldn’t come. They have a 7 day reschedule policy and I tried to reschedule it again within the 7 days and no one was available so I called the following day and was one day out of the 7 days and they said no and are taking my money! TERRIBLE customer service no dispute resolution and unwilling to compromise! Will never recommend. Their staff need more training.
