Fast, efficient and friendly service. Reasonably clean store. Good pricing. Several tables and chairs located in the store. This store is located opposite the light rail and ferry stop at Circular Quay. You’ll find it located inside the Gateway building - near the food court.

Disgusting customer service skills, The manager/owner talks down to customers as if they are beneath him. I also noticed on the few occasions I went that their basic personal hygiene was atrocious with staff regularly not using new gloves after touching their faces or their phones. I go to the one in Winter Garden now which is only 300m away thankfully. They are alot more friendlier and alot cleaner!

Shop just closes whenever they feel like it. Multiple times I went around 3:30 and they were closed already.

How can you order a meal that cost $16 and order the same meal the following day and it cost $20? Also a vegan meal is exactly that so why would you offer sour cream and cheese? 🤔

My second bad experience with burritos in Australia. Rice was very under-cooked and ruined the burrito altogether. The burrito was hastily prepared in a lunch rush, so it was overloaded and got soggy quite quickly. Taste not exceptional but ok. I've had far better.
Good service, the guy at the counter was quite understanding and offered to make another but I was in a rush. Please ask if the customer wants regular or small before preparing the burrito.

The burrito was fresh and really tasty! They have vegan 'chicken' option which was really really nice!

I love this Mad Mex, my order is always fast and delicious and generous portions. I am currently in gov quarantine and they are my fav place to order from. The staff there are in absolutely amazing!!
