Adanos Grill

I was a very loyal and frequent customer for more than 4 years but unfortunately after last night me and my friends had the worst!!! customer service experience from the "so" called boss or manger that he proclaims to be. He was constantly very rude and mumbling and swearing whist preparing all of our orders and even customers before us . I thought this place would be nice but turns out it was the worst experience that I've ever had Furthermore after I had already paid almost $60 he then falsely accused my friend who had entered Westfield with his own water bottle of stealing one from the stand which to my knowledge is very rude and bizzare because why would a loyal customer who had over the period of 4 year's not only being paying his own bills but had being leaving generous tips for the kebab shop "adanos grill" P.s instead of his worker adding sauce in the kebab whilst he already had toasted the kebab in the sandwich presser, he randomly starts saying he already put sauce lying to me and then he starts injecting sauce into a already wrapped and toasted kebab role . Someone needs to fire these 2 workers on the ASAP!!!! what a joke 😡😠

Cashier person(assume he is either owner or manager) is the most resist person I have ever met. He was keep accusing me in regards of claiming same order twice while I have the receipt in my hand. The staff apologies for the miscommunication. I can confirm he has the skill in food but disgrace to Turkish culture and community.
