02/18/22 Food was good. Real good. Breast so juicy you need a bib. Taters and gravy and biscuits sufficient. Much, much better! (Previous review): Breast so dry you could strike a match on it. (I'm all for not wasting food, but once it's WELL PAST its prime you need to toss it or offer as freebie). Biscuits have gotten awful small over the years. Mashed taters and gravy were small but tasty enough for an extra star.

I had taste for a steak sandwich but the place with the delicious riblets and steak sandwich were closed :/ so my husband and I decided to go to KFC in Dekalb. The food wasn’t salty it was actually decent with the exception of the thigh not cleaned UGH (please train the cook to clean the fat off the chicken). The cashier forgot my wedges and cookie with the $5 box but he was nice about it (apologizing).. Overall, this particular experience was great with the exception of a few minor jokes about forgetting my food. I believe my husband and I will return in time. Oh my husband ordered (4) chicken littles.. he said, “they were good! Too bad the sandwiches weren’t larger”.

If there was an option for no star I would have put that! Ordered my food online to wait for drive-through for 45 minutes (as email states go in for pick-up)for a manager Danielle to tell me she didn't care. Worst service ever. Save your money and time go somewhere else! Feel sorry for the employees who have to follow her lead.

I always order my chicken from here, and KFC never disappointed me so far, even mess up an order i had one time and gave me a full on 2 bucket meals! But I didn't complain because I figured they may have been really busy, and might have made a mistake. Overall, way way better then Popeyes and I will definitely try to tip more often! 🙂
