Your Pie

I’d be a regular customer here but they are very light on toppings for online orders. Almost laughable light. Even chain pizza places are far more generous in this department. Most notably, they provide a horribly minimal amount of marinara sauce. I got even less marinara sauce when asking for extra. I don’t mind if I have to be charged for it, but what’s the point of eating at a place like this if you can’t customize it? Is there a tomato shortage that I’m aware of? I get entire slices of pizza that literally contain no sauce whatsoever. Gross. Even frozen pizzas are two to three times more generous with marinara sauce. On this topic, your pie doesn’t keep up with other places like MOD or Blaze. I’d be a frequent customer but this is a dealbreaker for me. This type of chain effectively sells customization. What’s the point in going if you can’t customize and even the things you do customize, you get minimal toppings? There’s no value in that product offering.

I have been a foster mom and mother for many years.. The owner just refused to sell me a kids meal to go because I do not have a child 12 or under with me. No where is it stated that you have to have the child present to purchase. If it is on the menu and I have the money to pay, who are you not to sell it to me? I will never go back here again. I've been going here twice a month for most of the year and have never been treated so poorly.
