Avis sur Starbucks

Originally ordered 2 Frappucinos, but no straws arrived with them. Called up the shop and the manager was very helpful, explaining the process. I ordered another couple of things from there, and the lady who answered the phone comped the price, so that all I paid was delivery! Came fast, and all tasted great! Thank you! :)

Needed a large mug of piping hot Cappuccino which was exactly what was provided, also delivering on reliable coffee taste too. This café is always busy which is not surprising, given it's warm welcome, clever range of large tables/seats for big groups/families, small tables/seats for 2 & even comfy sofas; catering for all it's customers including those who may have difficulty sitting down/getting up or those plagued by backache. Toilets, which include disabled toilet with baby change facility, were closed although to be fair café was preparing for closure. Although we only went in for a hot drink, café also have a great range of very tasty hot/ cold light meals/ snacks, along with cold drinks & healthy smoothies (as we've sampled these before), which can be purchased for in-house dining or take away. Great little café & pleasant hardworking staff.

Always excellent food and service especially the cake selection and the English Breakfast tea! 100++ stars! 👍 Seating and Entrance area are wheelchair accessible! 👍 Spacious seating and quick service with good music and tables good for working on laptops especially as there are plugs for mobile phone charger docks by most seats. Overall nice ambience and lighting!
