Ordered my food online for pick up. Arrived at the time selected on the website. Cashier calls out I’m here for pick up. The guy behind me orders food, GETS HIS BEFORE ME. Then they call out asking “is there a Tony here”. They grab my food off a shelf that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. Then start my fries after I’d been waiting for 20 minutes. Thanks for the soggy burger guys

Went there on 6/19/22 and they were very busy. Probably a call out. Understaffed but who isn’t nowadays. The 3 individuals did a outstanding job. 5 guys should show some special recognition for the team who worked the lunch shift in Sutton, Ma. on this day.

Cameron / staff are always friendly, fast, and food is fresh. I eat here a few times each month. I've only experienced 2 mistakes during extremely busy times/whilst they were short staffed. Five Guys is always dependable. They offer lettuce wraps for burgers/hot dogs. Enjoy your burgers folks! 🍔

5 Guys run by 5 amazingly friendly women (when I went.) It was busy, you could tell it was busy and they were polite, professional, friendly and the food was good.

Turned off online orders, because they can't keep enough staff to keep up. Then spoke to me as if I just insulted their mother by calling in to place an order. Hire better people, and pay them to stay.

The food is made fresh, burgers are good even though they make sure all burgers are well done. They also load up on the fries. So overall they are fast , clean and friendly establishment that everyone could enjoy even a vegetarian. Great job guys keep up the good work

Great place to get a down right freshly cooked old fashioned greasy hamburger or cheeseburger with fresh vegetables/condiments. The hamburger/cheeseburgers taste is out of this world delicious and the fries will knock your socks off. You can't beat this restaurant chain in price, flavor and quantity. This was my second time visiting this location and the customer service was above and beyond both times. The person taking our order was very good at explaining the menu and options available to help us choose. The waiting time to receive our order was very quick, cooking area was very clean, bathrooms were kept up and clean, and the seating area was very tidy and clean both times.....I highly recommend this restaurant if your in the area.
