Jim's Pizza

Ok. This place has come a long way back from the original owners 30+ years ago. The food is pretty good MOST of the time. This was the 3rd time I received my pizza undercooked. When cooked properly it’s the best pizza in the area.. but undercooking then pizza is a health issue. Look I get it… you got one cook back there and sometimes you get a bunch of orders at the same time. That’s no excuse. Here’s a tip … before you pull the pizza from the oven, take a quick look at the bottom. If it’s not golden brown, it’s undercooked. It takes two seconds to look and maybe a few extra minute of cooking time. This shouldn’t make or break your business no matter how busy it is. I’m pretty close to giving up on this place … just cook the fn pizza.

Very nice gentleman who run this business. I'm an Uber driver and was lead from Worcester to this area I was unfamiliar with. I came across Jim's and simply wanted to use their restroom. They were very accommodating,very pleasant about it. I then realized it was 5pm time for dinner. So I ordered a roast beef sub. It was delicious. I then realized I was near Sutton MA were I've been wanting to visit for several years, to check on 18th century ancestors whom are supposed to have a family plot there. So now I know it's an easier visit than I anticipated, I'm from Athol. I'll be visiting these nice gentleman in the near future.

I was in the shop on Wednesday 7/1 - good food but they are not wearing masks. Had I known they were not wearing masks while preparing my food - I would have not purchased my food there. I won't go back until I feel safe buying their food again. Please post when you have better rules about preparing food for patrons especially when you have a rule posted on your door for patrons have to wear masks.

Absolutely insane!!! DON'T ORDER DELIVERY!! I find it extremely hard that it's takes more than an hour and half to DELIVERY a pizza, grinder and a salad 6 MINUTES down the road. Why even own a pizza place when you can't even deliver in a timely manner. Pizza showed up at 748pm over 2 hours from original order time.

I love the food here. Best pizza I believe in Sutton! You have to get their Chicken Quesadilla Dinner with fries. They are incredible. Their pizza is also the best. Last night we got half veggie and half cheese. The veggies are so fresh, and they don't skimp. So many veggies. I was so impressed with the quality of dough and veggies. I always get the Chicken Quesadilla dinner because it is so good
