Subway

I ordered for delivery i was estimated 2.20pm from around 12.50 when I placed the order. Understandable as it was around lunch time. I am currently only around a 10min drive from the shop. At 2.30 still hadn't arrived. I was ringing the shop several times to just get ignored!! As I wanted to cancel my order as its been so long. 3pm the driver is ringing my door bell talking to the manager at the shop in a different language (rude very rude) tried to pass the phone over to me to speak to him And tried to tell me he has been there for 30mins. Ridiculous and very very poor service Never will I order again If I could give 0 star I would.

Staff are rude and moody. Wouldn't take orders while they chatted, then seemed annoyed at us for just being there. The subs were made hastily and were a mess, the sauce was just lumped in 1 small place and the bread was falling apart. Worst subway staff. Honestly if you crave a sandwich that much, do yourself a favor and go to the tesco across the road.

Ordered subs for the family and when we go to order them we get no options for bread on the just eat app so we assume that we will still get bread as we have clicked on the "Subs" option. Well once the order arrived to my annoyance we not only revcieved no bread but also got charged extra for it to be put in a salad bowl... Then when I explain to the driver what had happened he then blames us saying we shouldve put it in the notes and there was nothing he could do. Now im no genius but when someone orders a sub, chances are they want it in bread not in plastic. Ontop of this straight after i call the shop and after 10 attempts of calling and around a 20 minute wait i get put throught to someone who says they will call back with a solution... Three days later and ive yet to hear a solution. If you do use this shop make sure you CHECK EVERYTHING before paying or just use another shop because from paying near to 50 quid in subs to then making them myself in my kitchen this shop has been next to useless.
