Mcdonald's

Whether inside to order & there was only 1 register. I placed my order and no one told me where to get my order. I looked around, no signs, just an empty counter. Other people asked me if I was in line to order was confusing. Got my number called & the girl set it on the counter & left. My order wasn't all there. I stood there waiting for someone to come back out to help. Finally got my order correctly. A bit disappointed in the service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ashley for her great service today. I also witnessed her go above and beyond with multiple customers while I waited for my food. She helped a crying child get the toy they wanted and then chased the family down after they forgot it. The food was good as well. Fries were nice and hot!

This McDonald’s is always clean and organized from a workflow perspective. The drive thru is generally always a long line, but it always seems to move quickly. Inside, order and wait times are low. Staff is always communicating with each other and they don’t seem too hate their workplace. Very hard to come by a work environment like that in this day and age. Overall, easily one of the best McDonald’s locations in the valley.

Super friendly staff. I was truly not expecting how friendly the two young women were who served me because, well quite frankly, you NEVER get friendly service anymore... servers have to show their attitude and displeasure over EVERYTHING. But not here... the young woman who took my order was friendly, bright, and talkative, while the young woman who gave me my order didn't simply throw it at me and say, "Here it is"... she was friendly and kind. Just truly a refreshing change... and one that should be commended and rewarded. True, friendly, courteous service... GEEZ... WHATS NEXT?!?
